The San Francisco Section of AACE International celebrated 48 years of producing the Western Winter Workshop. The 48th Annual workshop brought attendees up-to-date on the latest cost management methods, techniques, and objectives, and introduced the new Total Cost Management (TCM) approach to Building Information Modeling, 4-D and much more.
